下面来说说宝塔 open_basedir restriction in effect解决办法。

解决方法：

首先说明，我的环境是 LINUX（CentOS）+宝塔+PHP+MYSQL+Nginx，假如使用Apache，应该也一样

登录宝塔，找到目标网站，打开【设置】，然后找到【网站目录】，然后不要勾选“防跨站攻击”

重新启动PHP，就可以看到网站正常了。
